New ad items are really just assasin buffs

Other than IE the new crit items seem wayy better on bruisers or assassins. Other than having some mana ER seems like the perfect item for Riven, while stormrazer just looks like a zed/ talon /rengar item. I just find it so weird how bad it feels to play aa adc's now, you can't even tickle the enemy. For a role with carry in the name you really can't do much for 30 mins cause these items cost more than hextech Annie. Well time to bust out the bot lane Ziggs
