Rakan's W speed qol indicator

Hey Riot, since you introduced the [Shift] command while highlighting over abilities, I've seen several abilities that COULD use it, but don't have it. One such example is Rakan.

You all seem to love tweaking his movement speed on his W, but there's no reliable way of seeing how fast he actually dashes at any given time, so could you add a Shift function that lets people see how fast he'd be able to dash?
