Skin Shard Gifting

I think adding the ability to gift skin shards between friends would be amazing. Me and my longtime duo partner always get skins for each other's roles. I can only imagine just giving those support skins to him for those ADC skins he's gotten. Just a suggestion that I feel would be nice to add for the sake of friendship. Thanks.
