Ideas to buff fiddlesticks

I think most of us can agree that Fiddlesticks is pretty weak right now. He is very reliant on his ultimate and cannot fight without it. Here are my ideas to buff fiddlesticks!

1: The birds arent very murderous

Unless you have two people completely grouped up, Fiddles E (a bouncing bird) will have basically no effect on the enemies. My proposal is to up the damage increase/level from 20 to 35. I dont know why Riot has it at 20, but 35 seems like a decent amount.

2: Fighters just arent that scared of him!

Fiddles Q (a single-target fear) is pretty impactful, but not when the enemy is too tanky to burst during the time. My proposal is to increase the fear duration at melee range, so that when melee enemies are done being feared they'll actually be a noticeable distance from fiddle.

3: "Drain" doesnt drain enough

Fiddle is supposed to drain an enemys life force. The large healing return on it is nice, but not when it does such low damage. My idea is to change the DPS from 80/105/130/155/180 to 70/105/140/175/210, limiting his early-clearing and then boosting his late-fighting.

4: Or, a simpler change to "Drain"

Another idea for Drain is to increase the damage to champions by 20%. Simple and easy.
