Ranked system is broken and needs repair.

I want you to look at this promo match setup, that i lost, how does this ranked system sets me up against 4 gold players, some of which where gold preseason and one of which was plat 5, i have never even been gold and my team setup is mostly silver ranked division players, i need to understand how riot places me on these matches this system needs repair, not only do i have to wait ages to get into a game but once i do i go against players that are not even on my same division.

Or can someone explain to me how this workes because this is terribly hard for me to rank up, not only that but to deal with so much troll and afk in games, then ragers, feeders and builds that are broken, this pantheon bought dusk blade and was able to 1v5 my whole team.

Fix please.
