Fiddlesticks Ult less mana than W&E @ rank 4?

Just thought it was kinda stupid that fiddlesticks spells W&E are more mana than his ultimate. Think riot might want to look at this one doesn't make sense to me. I would think it would make more sense to make him have less mana than have his spell cost more than his Crowstorm. #forgottenchampions
