Unplayable fps out of no where.

I have played LoL for a few years, My computer can normally run on the highest settings at 160+ FPS but a few days ago this randomly dropped down to 0-10 fps. LoL seems to be the only game effected, I can run other games such as Fortnite at 120+ fps with no issues. I have tried installing DDU and wiping my drivers and reinstalling them but it didn't seem to have any effect. I am using a Radeon rx 580 graphics card with a Ryzen 3 2200g processor. Help would be greatly appreciated! I am not great in the computer field and don't know how to proceed.
