Rengar Passive/Jump change idea

What if during and slightly after passive or ult jumping Rengar had a period where he couldn't cast his abilities? This would increase the amount of time it would take him to delete someone as he wouldn't be able to e-w midair. In exchange maybe he could get a small speed boost after using a passive jump making his passive jump like a mini-ult. So it would play out like this you jump onto someone - slightly reposition and dodge stuff - burst. Mechanically instead of jump-aim and cast ur e--- it would be jump - click to where ur planning on moving to. Or maybe after the delay allowing you to react to his presence he gets a slightly increased damage on his next auto making it so that if you failed to react to him it sorta makes up for w-e damage he missed out on earlier during his jump.

It would probably be difficult to decide how long the delay after would be, but .5-.75 seconds seems like enough seeing as his jump is about .25-.5 seconds. Also, the reward for surviving and dodging stuff for those few seconds would have to be balanced too if it existed at all, and it might be difficult to find that balance. If the reward is too great he might just build a bit tanky in order to easily survive the period after the jump as opposed to relying on skill at dodging.

On the negative side it might make him seem a little choppy to play, but it goes with what Riot was saying about increasing how long it takes to kill someone. While I think this could work I trust Riot will think of cooler ways to accomplish their goals, but this might still be a cool idea to branch off of and it might spark an amazing idea in a Rioters head.

As a Rengar main I'm excited to see how Riot goes about balancing him. I hope they don't disapoint.
