Idea for a new champion

So heres the champion I want to introduce. Why don't we give them an ability that is both mobility as well as a fucking auto-reset and knock-up, another ability that stuns every nearby champion, a gapcloser/escape/engage/bullshit shield that scales with AD on a short cooldown, and to top it off lets give them an ulti that doubles as an AD steroid and a long-range execute. To top it off lets make her manaless. Thanks Riot, you made Riven and this champion is somehow balanced.
