Will we ever be able to purchase in game music?

I'm curious if Riot will ever put out music for us to purchase so we can change it in game. I personally would LOVE to be able to have the Bilgewater music while I play. Both the opening screen and in game music would be awesome. Is this something they would ever consider doing? If not, what would the reason be?

I would have no problem throwing my wallet at that.
