Unfair matches

After a week of playing this game for the first time in my life, if have to ask/mention this complaint about the game.

Queueing into PVP matches with my friends or in solo queue, almost ALWAYS end up to fight again people who are playing this game for months or years for sure! It makes me really sick that apparently the system is not capable to queue me as beginner of the game, against players of my own skill level.

So the question is: How does the system queue matches? And is there even something like conditions?

At the moment i am level 23 and lost double the amount of matches i won....
