The Jungle

People are always saying that "Jungle is OP and too easy"

And im sitting here like.

Ok. Fine ill entertain both ideas individually and then together.

Jungle is OP. In lower tiers where people dont know what to do about ganks yea. they are often the deciding factor. But again. there is a reason that in the top 15 Challenger players in NA there are 3 jungle mains. (im counting that guy who has Ryze as his most played as a jungle main because the other 4 champs are junglers) but like 5 top lane mains 3 mid lane mains 3 ADC mains and 1 support main. Jungler only really decides games in lower elo.

Jungle is too easy. Jungle has the lowest skill floor. Thats for certain. But it has a deceptively high skill ceiling. Like 90% of jungle is knowledge based. Being able to track the enemy jungler based on camp clear time and just plain prediction. mechanical skill isnt always the top priority for playing jungle. But to a mid to low elo laner they dont see this. All they think about is mechanical skill. and when their jungler pings them like 8 times to back off and they look at the map and dont see the enemy jungler and go "stfu" then get ganked 10 seconds later. You see that they dont have that game knowledge.

So lets put them together. too easy and Too op. At a low level of play where people are shit and even a shitty jungler can abuse that. Sure they are. but the moment you start to get to high elo where people have loosened their helmet straps. Jungle becomes a support role.
