Riot messed up the matchmaking really bad in 8.24

I not sure what Riot did when changing the division/tiers that caused this but every game i play is unwinnable or unlosable It feels like i'm playing norms were you just get that Diamond vs silver top lane MU Maybe it's the turret plating gold/bounty system giving the team that wins lanes more of a lead IDK, but i've played 7 game over the past 2 days since the patch and ever game is extremely lopsided.
