On the PBE the frostqueens claim has a twin shadows active . Will we see a change in the actives of the other two support starting items too ?
Frostfang can be combined with sightstone to form eye of the watchers . Is there a possibility to combine Ruby sightstone and a tier 2 starting item ?

Instead of shield dealing damage, it will slow.
Ruby sightstone is an item of its own that provides the user 10% lower cooldown on activatable items. If you want to build any of the tier 3 support items with actives, consider buying ruby sightstone.
