Game zoomed in, champions look bigger than how they should be please help!!

So a few years ago i started playing league on a HP laptop, it wasnt a gaming laptop it was a normal one with probably 60hz monitor like all the normal laptops. Everything was good i was playing with 40 fps but i was still playing alright on that laptop actually i went platinum for a short time.. Now I bought a pc and an Acer monitor that has 60 hz (this is the monitor http://www.argos.co.uk/product/7364495 ) but everything seems to be zoomed in when i play league. The champions are huge the minions are big, the map is zoomed in and everything is bigger than usual. The funny thing is that when i played on my shitty laptop everything looked good. I tried everything.. changing the resolution, scrolling the mouse wheel up and down, uninstaling the game but nothing made the zoom in to dissapear. My pc resolution is 1920x1080(native) and in game resolution is 1920x1080. if anyone knows any tricks or something please tell me it is really annoying to play like this
