Cloud Services Billings and Costs

Hello! I'm a college student that is currently working on a project about cloud services. I've played league for 5 years and really interested in the cloud services provided by Riot Games. Can anyone gimme some information about how the company bills their clients and get some idea of what it costs for a typical small to medium sized company that uses their services. If appropriate, explain what kind of additional costs a company might incur. Thx !

I don't think Riot runs a cloud hosting service. They might have a cloud for their own use, but they don't offer it to other companies.

Quick edit: Also, this has nothing to do with Gameplay.

What does this have to do with gameplay or anything related to league the game? This seems more like a question to Riot as a company than a league of legends thing
