I'm a Viktor main, and he deserves nerfs. People complaining about him are mostly right.

I aknowledge that Viktor really is a problem for the game balance right now because of how dominating he is in top lane and how he makes the game frustrating to play for people against him. This is easy to see and hard to contradict.

My point making this thread is that whenever something in the game is problematic, you should aknowledge and admit it is even if you enjoy it. For me, my favorite champion was not so long ago one of the weakest in the game and one of the least used one. Recently, I've had some huge fun with using him to his present state, but it dosen't change the fact that he is still an huge problem right now, even if I enjoy it. If he returns to his weak mid-lane mage stage, I'm not gonna lie; I'm gonna be disappointed, but the game can't shape to my personal desires and should definitely focus its balance on the several other players who can't enjoy the game because of this, and I perfectly understand.

But, the thing is that I wish that a lot more people could understand this too: if your personal favorite champion is an huge problem for the game, you shouldn't defend it; you should try to understand how it should instead be to stay healthy for the game. People should aknowledge in whitch state their main puts the game in.

Yet, there's a disturbingly high amount of people who are still defending their favorite champions only for their personal enjoyment, even if they are breaking the game. Let's be real here: a lot of champions deserves some potentially big nerfs OR deserved more nerfs than what they got. Fine examples of the latter are Ahri ,Graves ,Irelia and soon to be Leblanc . Those champions are almost single-handedly breaking the game by themselves, and yet the nerfs they get are so small that insinuing that they affect their performances in any way is just pure sarcasm. Some other champions are getting gutted sometimes by doing way less damage to the game, yet what seems to protect those privileged ones are their huge playerbases. I've seen way too many Ahri mains complaining about how her ult cd nerf was unjustified. Way too many Graves players said that -3 atk damage (lol) was more than what he needed as a nerf. Way too many Irelia players said that -5 ms (...) was overkill. And now, with the future Leblanc nerf of -10 base damage on her W, the same thing will probably happen. Each time, this kind of attitude from the playerbases leads to Riot not going further with their much needed nerfs. Just please, for the love of the game, just admit your champ is broken instead of defending it.
