Sub 30 Matchmaking is the biggest joke in this game.

About half of my games are my team of sub 30 players + 1 or 2 bronze players against diamonds/plats/golds with 1 or 2 sub 30 players. Why should I even play when it's so unbalanced? Some games are fun and great but the other half are just getting stomped where I'm more excited to surrender than to even try.

I just want to get an explanation as to why this is happening and how it is deemed as ok.
