Much ado about Afks

After struggling through 70 minute long game going 22/8/10 then zed afking at the 35 minute point we lose and i lose 18 lp. I know that this isn't the worst thing that's happened and i do like how remake has made afk slightly less annoying but it is still incredibly annoying when someone afks halfway through and what should have been a win turns into a loss because someone on your team left, and then you lose lp for it. I'm not asking for much Riot and i feel like you already made a great first step in giving us the remake option but there is still nothing players can do if in the middle a teammate afks other than tough it out and try to make miraculous plays.

Even if all you do is when someone leaves if the game ends in more than 7 minutes of that person leaving than no one on your team suffers ip loss the enemy can still gain ip and you can still gain ip if you manage to win just that the team with the afk will not have ip loss if they leave more than 7 minutes to then end of the game. ty
