i believe that there should be some pre reqs in order to enter ranked. something that separates players who truly want to play ranked and work their way up, and trolls. bronze is filled with trolls who are left unpunished for what they do, and it ruins it for other that actually want to play ranked. i just think that there should be some pre reqs in ranked that way maybe trolls would be discouraged to put in the effort to troll.
Trolls begins from botting on Coop vs AI. Then, they troll normals and ranked games.
So players and Riot should really pay attention on new accounts (activity and behavior)-report and ban.

To clarify, trolls have chosen a life of least effort; rather than fight against a difficult enemy, they wreck their own team because it is easier to accomplish.
So 'putting in the effort to troll' is a metric that would be easy to adjust from a game-engineering standpoint, as even sleight increases in trolling difficulty will reduce the troll population.
before i be constructive, i will ask is this sarcasm/joke or are you actually having trouble in bronze? (i do not mean this in a derogatory way either like i said just a question before i be constructive and go all helpful)
