Revert maokai ult nerf and replace with higher early mana cost?

or some other kind of nerf?

doubling his ultimate's cooldown was a low blow and hardly anyone plays him anymore.

I've seen like 2 maokais since the ult nerf.. he used to be my main support tank which is nerfed because of his top strength..
