Smurf ???

Well, i had recently had a match with a Leblanc and they were level 30 and had only one match recorded, plus they only had around 23 games or so, this leblanc had AFKED and fed, i don't know what to do so i'm posting this. Hopefully i can get some help? [slayer-jinx-catface]
