Riot and promises which weren't kept

Riot is doing a lot of VFX rework. Visual effects for spells rework.

Riot promised us visual updates for old looking champions since 2014 with the new summoner's rift.

it has been 5 years. 5 years since the new summer's rift is there...

PLEASE... Look at :

Don't tell me it wasn't better to finish those instead of beginning to make VFX reworks...

Why don't you just finish updating those before beginning VFX ?
