Treeline "fixes"... Riot, are you high?

Riot fixes Twisted Treeline to make it a better experience for all the bots.

Played TT three times in the last couple of months, and over the course of those three games I played with/against 14 bots. They're smart enough to not let us get chests, keys, and mastery tokens in TT, since it's a no-contest match against bots that a handicapped child could beat, but they're wasting time changing the allowed items and monster XP awards instead of figuring out a way to deal with the bot plague.
