I know Mordekaiser will probably be nerfed sometimes in the future, but for now let's just look at what Rito games has given us. Also for those who do not enjoy reading go to the bottom. *Information taken from www.leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Mordekaiser . If you see any mistakes please comment about it.

Let's start off with Mordekaiser's passive; "Iron Man", this allows Mordekaiser to shield himself for 12.5% of damage dealt by his abilities and is doubled against champion's, 25% (REMEMBER THESE STATS FOR LATER).Additionally "Siphon of destruction" (E) recovers 3.75% max health back per enemy champion hit. This shield decays at a rate of 1.5% base health per second up to 6.25% max health. This passive is generally balanced, however when considering other abilities, it makes it seem less so.

Mordekaiser's Q, "Mace of Spades" when activated makes Mordekaiser's next three basic attacks deal bonus magic damage, with each attack dealing 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 times more damage then the previous. At rank 1 this spell will deal 61(base AD)+4(+25%AD=15)(+20%AP) = 80 damage on the first hit, on the second hit it will do 99 damage, and finally the third hit will do 137 magic damage totaling up to 316 magic damage at level 1, which is basically half of most champions health at level 1, not including runes and masteries. At rank 5 the damage of the first hit will do 95(Base AD)+20(+30%AD=27)(20%AP) = 137 magic damage with each additional attack doing 234 and 373 magic damage totaling up to 749 magic damage if maxed first....not including runes, masteries and items, wow.

Mordekaiser's W, "Harvester of Sorrow" passively gives Mordekaiser full exp from minions he kills which means if he goes duo bottom lane, which he normally does, he will out level the other team's bot lane giving the other team a disadvantage. Its active gives Mordekaiser and an allied champion a 75 bonus movement speed boost if moving towards one another for 1.5 seconds. If both are near each other they will deal DOT magic damage to enemies around them dealing 35/45/55/65/75(+15%AP) per second and is doubled if the enemies are within the overlapped areas of the skill. This is easily counterable as you can just not go into the range. However there is a second cast, in this case Mordekaiser "harvests" the the enemies nearest himself and his allies dealing magic damage and healing per enemy hit. This deals 50/70/90/110/130(+30%AP) and heals 17/23/30/37/43(+10%AP) per enemy minions or monster hit and is tripled if an enemy champion is hit. In a teamfight if three champions are caught in this ability, It will heal both Mordekaiser and his ally thee times 50/70/90/110/130(+30%AP) = 150/210/270/330/390(+90%AP). This skill is fine, I do not believe it is too strong or too weak or if it is in need of nerf or buff, that is up to all of you to decide. To me it seems fine.

Mordekaisers's E, "Siphon of Destruction" deals magic damage to all enemies in a cone dealing 35/65/95/125/155(+60%AD)(+60%AP), At Level rank one this ability will do 35 (+60%AD) which will be around 70 damage total, at max rank and if maxed first this will do 155(+60%AD=57)(+60%AP) = 212. This ability seems fine as well as his W.

Lastly, Mordekaiser's R, "Children of the Grave" passively allow Mordekaiser control the ghost of the dragon if he attacks it within 10 seconds of its death. When activated this curses a target enemy champion and deals 12.5/15/17.5%(+2% per 100AP) of target's maximum health and then does 1.3/1.5/1.8%(o.2% per 100AP) of targets enemy max health every second for 10 seconds. Totaling a max of 25.5/30/35.5% max health damage, If the target is killed while cursed Mordekaiser can control the ghost with bonus 10/25/50 AD per rank and Mordekaiser gains 25% of target's bonus health and 30% of target's AP. Perfectly fine I have no problem with this whatsoever.

The only problem I have with Mordekaiser, is his Q. This ability is extremely overpowered, It not only scales with AD but also AP making items such as triforce and hextech gunblade synergize with Mordekaiser very well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------Shortened Version-------------------------------------------------

Mordekaiser 's Q does a total of 316 Magic damage at rank one(Half of most champions health at level 1) At rank 5 this ability will do 749 magic damage, Keep in mind If you max this first you would be at level 9, Mordekaiser has 1017 health at level 9.

Mordekaiser 's W Is not too strong or too weak.

Mordekaiser's E is fine as well.

Mordekaiser 's R is fine.

THE Q IS OVERPOWERED!!!!

you're just forgetting one detail: 99% of the time you'll not hit the 3 qs, so doesn't matter how much dmg the skill has

The q seems to be the ace up your sleeve, if you have enough skill to pull it off. Not being able to self cast w alone makes it hard to avenge your teammates death in lane, because Morde gets bursted easily. It seems if you die a lot early, you tend to struggle until late game. The exp advantage is nice, but personally, I wouldn't mind sacrificing it for extra heal and self cast. It would also be nice if E had just a little more range to poke ranged laners that you cannot get close to. For instance, gangplank can keep you from farming with his barrels. Jinx shoots you from soooo far away, with nothing you can do about it. She decimates your shield, and if her support has strong cc you're screwed. The shield only goes so far.

Morde takes skill to play to max potential. Very interesting champion tho.

There can be many possiblities for polishing his kit.
