A Qustion about Azir

Just want to ask Why when I buy this item to Its First effect Works with Azir's Soldiers attacks which applies 40 magic damage on hit But its second Effect Doesn't work which steal 5 magic resist from the enemy (25 max). Same Goes For this item .

I don't know if this is a bug Or its normal to be like this,However I think that these effects Should work.

Azirs soldiers are counted as spells, which is why those 2 items dont work and why rylais does.

It does deal the extra Magic damage Cuz we all buy item 3115 for Azir

Azir soldier don't apply on-hit effects. For example nashor tooth on-hit damage is not applied by azir soldier. Wits end passive is only applied by azir aa but he rarely aa , usually his soldier do this for him.
