Champions that need nerfs.

first off we already know graves is getting a nerf but we forgot some other champions that need nerfs

first off vayne she does way to much burst damage early on in the game to stop her she can burst any support down before they even get to do anything she needs a nerf.

second is tahm kench he's way too powerful to get any damage off him(besides vayne) and he can just devour you for stupid amounts of damage and his tongue sometimes even hits you randomly when your not in line.

third is of course riven she can't be stoped at all she is way to powerful early game for any top laner to do anything nerf her uti or something.
