wait. coin is actually getting buffed...

coin and relic shield are becoming more and more common on top lane since the bandit passive is ridiculously effective.

i did not expect them to add +5 ms to the thing. cant really complain though. coin and relic shield starts mostly benefit bruisers. especially into tank matchups. im just suprised that its reciving any kind of buff, considering how effective that thing is already at generating gold. it puts cull to shame and still allows you to walk into lane with 3 pots or a refillable.
