When are taric and singed getting a rework?
A rework that actually makes them good. I'm not talking about an op permaban type of rework - just a rework that can make them become good and not instaloss for the team that has them.

When was Singed a bad pick? I really don't think they'll deserve a rework for a while. He requires a decent amount of thought to use when you get to higher elo, but that's about it. Taric on the other hand doesn't have much, but has already been promised for a rework.
Yeah, a 51%+ win rate on singed, maybe the trash here isn't the champ....
Taric is getting reworked soon, he's next on the rework list, and Singed doesn't need a rework. He's actually a viable champ, that serves as a very effective counterpick to some of the most hated toplaners.
