Riot, do you even take back feedback?

I'm going to try to make this post not too wordy, because I believe that quality beats quantity. Now that we got that out of the way..

> * Riot does listen to the community, for very minor changes, like Master Yi's dance scaling off of movement speed.

  • Riot usually ignores requests to nerf a champion, after several threads with great reasoning on why to nerf a champion.
  • Riot blatantly ignores threads sometimes, even though they may be the 2nd largest thread in the whole forums. (3 refunds per season)
  • Riot DOES listen to the community, don't get me wrong, but for very minor changes to the champion's identity (changing Darius's passive to Noxian Might).
  • Reds do respond to posts, but the post usually has 100 upvotes, which is quite difficult unless it's a nerf Riven thread.

It's ridiculous to me that you guys as a company, ignores extremely vital feedback, that definitely makes sense, but is still not done, for whatever reason. Players ask to stop adding true damage, you add even more true damage to champions, instead of facing the actual problems of the champion.

You refuse to nerf champions until a later patch if skins come out for that champion for profitable purposes (Riot has actually stated that they will nerf Fiora in patch 5.18, but not patch 5.17. Coincidence? No. You guys are a community oriented company, but refuse to change several things that definitely make sense. Why do you not nerf Max%HP true damage? It punishes you for building against true damage.

Every single mechanic in the game should have counterplay, regardless. Mobility? Point and clicks, and hard CC. Tanks? Armor Pen. Max&HP True Damage? Uncounterable, there is no way to counter against it.

Well, thanks for reading my rant.
