Secondary role, its not working

I always pick jg then top. i get support 9/10 times than i do my secondary role. i had no problem waiiting 5min for a game last season. this is really stupid. Youre punishing my team making someone with zero experience with support play support. There are no winners with your new program. just a lot of people playing support who dont know how to.
