Can AP Lucian get some love too?

I know no one plays AP Lucian, but I just so happen to main it. For some reason I love it the same way I love my stickshift car over automatic.

I just like things to be harder than they need to be. There is some kind of satisfaction you get when off meta builds kinda work.

Anyway, I saw some buffs to his ult Ad ratio on the pbe and was wondering if he could get some love on the Ap ratio of his ult?

The Ap ratio on his ult has remained untouched ever since riot gutted AP Lucian in 2012.
