Ranked Provisionals
How does the ranked provisional's work? Iv'e heard people say that it's based on your KDA, but does anyone know if it's true?

it's not.
(1250+S4 MMR)/2 + (250 - # of placement losses) -150=your placement
Basically, if you go 5/5 and are low elo, you drop 150 MMR. If you go 5/5 and are higher than 1250 MMR, you drop more than that.
