how to not tilt? chat restrict? account boosting and more fun stuff in league

I really want to get chat restricted, it really helps me to focus on game and put only valuable info to my teammates. I was really trying in my past 25 games of chat restriction, i got about 75% winrate in those games, today i won 2 games again, was 2-0 in promos game 3: my team 10:9 but top 1/4 and he decided to afk and never comeback game 4 my team ffed even tho game was totally winnable, i voted no but all 4 of them yes game 5 i got support instead of mid, enemy team had account booster on katarina, mid went like 1/8

thats how i lost promos and wasted about 4 hours of my free time afternoon this is really depressing for my mentality even tho im overall normal person lol, i just hate wasting time like that and also, how do i not flame ppl after something like that? How can i be positive and cheerful? Only chat restriction would help me tbh cuz I just woudnt be able to type anything. Im adding a link of kata acc, it was bronze in s7 and after that not touches, now its suddenly smurfiing in low gold already getting 20+kills every time. Its just really bad experience for me. I do not have a problem winning games when i try in such a low elo but its very easy to tilt and just go south.
