Alright, Riot

This is some serious horse shit. I just went up against a naut with predator. Dude legit sat in lanes. No fucking kidding, SAT in lanes. He went from top, to mid, to bot the entire game. All the while, me, trying my best to farm it up and get a lvl advantage, barely managed to keep a level and a half above him. Is that really balanced? Dude can gank literally NONSTOP without falling behind 2-3 levels of everyone else?

To top it off, I could NOT make it around the map half as fast as this dude did... like this is some cancerous shit.
