[CLIENT] Bugging and screen goes black.

After the latest patch my lol client has start to bug alot. When I open the shop or go in teamfight my screen and client start blink black and bugs. When I Alt Tab out my screen still goes crazy. Computer or LoL, wich one is the reason of this? Some more with this problem?
