S6: Riot: dynamic que is good for the game; now "these jungles changes are good"

this is riots team against trying to tell us "they know best". rather than giving a rats ass about what the community actually wants, or the game actually needs i hope to fucking god we dont have to wait until the end if this season to fix this shit.

if top laners KEEPING DYING TO A LVL 3 GANK AT EXACTLY 3 MIN, THEN THEY CAN PLAY SAFE FOR THAT 30 SECOND WINDOWS THEY KEEP DYING

if u want to stop people going buff champ buff, before ganking, make it so that is the ONLY route they DON'T hit lvl 3, lower exp on the buffs rise exp on other camps and just ensure at the jungle items have a way to ensure your first camp hits you level 2.
