Can Teemo get buffs now that basically everything counters him now?

After the vision changes his mushrooms were unjustifiably overpowered you lost over half your hp per shroom it was retarded. You couldn't do much about them because pinks had become so obsolete.

Now we have sweepers and duskblade and all this other junk to completely eliminate shrooms. You can't even punish people for not buying pinks which is what his mushrooms did in the first place. If you didn't help your team with vision teemo would completely own an area. Now it's just 1 person get sweeper and clear out the entire area.
