Unmounted Kled level health, but he gives 75% reduced experience on death and always has a 5 second respawn time from a respawn location of his choosing.

I think Xul also would be a hellish pusher.
Edit: forgot Medivh, polybomb (potentially infinite silence in teamfights) and damage protection spam.
Not to mention that if we include also the bonus from talent builds they'd become really OP.

abathur, never dies but still shoves lanes so he can deny assassins by being 100% peeling all roams while also being insane on top of his own, jungle invades and tower dives extremely easy and free vision golbal with traps
