Question of how to get better

So basically there is a lot of stuff wrong with this game. One of the most obvious is the hilarious effort they put into hitbox/particle balancing. But another big issue that severely effects gameplay is stun interactions. W/e I play champions with quick stun interactions (I/e riven, panth, etc.) you can see the glaring issue with ping/stuns interactions, basically people getting their skills off while stunned (it happens more often than not) how do you play around this???
