Can Someone Explain New Jungle?

Hey,

I used to play almost entirely jungle, but now I literally can't make it through a single game after all the changes. No matter who I play, I dont hit level 6 until 9-10 minutes, I'm four levels down by mid game, and I cant seem to get any farm or levels, even if that's all I focus on. I'm getting behind constantly, and it seems like I have to clear my entire jungle just to get half a level past lvl 4. Were the changes that drastically different? Or is it something as simple as just changing up pathing? I dont know, and I really need an explanation.

Scuttle crab is pretty important.

Don't bother learning new jungle, there's gonna be a newer jungle every patch

Just farm, while ignoring you team. You should come out with a nice 2-3 level lead by 15-20 minutes and if your team is not garbage, you should be able to carry. The days of permaganking are gone.

To be honest there is no explaination for except they wanted "more jungler vs jungler interaction" but Jungler being so far behind laners early/mid/late game makes no sense and scuttle has killed jungle diversity off pretty bad.
