Really Riot?

I like to start off by saying im in silver 2 played over 300 games in this single elo meaning silver 2. So about one month ago I started getting serious and actually wanting to get to gold. So i began at 0lp silver 2. Played many games around 50, and I lost a lot of games due to trolls and feeders ofc, yes im blaming the trolls and feeders. But I never gave up, I kept playing until today I got into my promos, I was ready to get to silver 1. Only one game I had to win out of 2 I lost the first one due to a lot of reasons, but lets get to the next game this game I was at 100 percent I was ready to win. But one problem my bot lane had went 0/10 combined so I was very very sad not even mad at this point. The draven on my team proceeds to say Im trying not to die and then says "I don't play bot a lot" I go and search up his name and guess what he doesn't ever play adc. He could have waited for the next game to play adc but no he had to do it in my game make me suffer make me lose. Over one month of constant playing for this to happen. Honestly this dynamic q isnt making league better its making it worse by letting people pick any roles they want. I hope you know riot there are people out there that pick roles that they dont even know how to play just for the fun of it. Its so hard to play in this elo. Thing is call me cocky all you want but Ik I don't belong in silver. Idc what you say if you watch my games you would know 90 percent of the games are not my fault.
