To riot, Do you guys actually read champ select chat?

because we get some of the most toxic people in chat there and even when they get reported we don't get the notification of them being punished. had a "D3 smurf saying" i know how to Akali jungle cause i only play her. "D3 smurf", one calling yourself a smurf just develops a big sense of doubt immediately. The dude was such a jerk about things. and Cause i banned Akali jungle just because i had a bad experience last game i wasn't much for another one. so our support starts to defend the dude.

So once game started they're actually doing good, we have Sej support and the guy who was going to jungle Akali took ADC from our actual ADC and said i'm playing Lucian jungle now. he ended up actually playing ADC, but i still reported him cause he stole lane. anyway as the game goes on, he starts throwing giving kills to the enemy repeatedly in bot lane although no one is with him and starts flaming the sej the same guy who was defending him, also blaming me for killing a pink ward because he died too far away for me to get down to help them. Funny part was after he went up to their raptors alone in their jungle again and died the sejuani said "lemme guess, that was lb's fault too?" I cracked up at that.

post game he is calling everyone bad. i honestly hope people like him get punished. says the fizz was better than me because he dealt more damage to minions, where as i have more to champs. We're both playing assassins i believe getting more damage on champions would be smarter to do.
