Reworked/newly released champions really need to be kept out of ranked for the first week or two

Everyone is picking Eve in ranked, and the Eve player's team almost always loses. I think I've seen Eve win once out of the 11 or so times I've seen her, and that was because we carried her. She's sitting at an amazing 41% win rate, down from 50% prior to the rework.

This is a waste of everyone else's time and LP. Stop allowing players to practice new things in ranked, that's what normals are for.
