how to create real incentive to play marksman without making them "mandatory"
1 remove crit. 2 make towers god slaughtering machines of death that have near invinciblity 3/4 create items that have added effect on towers and inhibitors (kinda like zz'rot) but target ranged adc mainly, rebalance adc where its needed.
1 why remove crit? Every other game i played were crit exists as an rng value it causes nothing but trouble not enough and its just a random wtf damage spike, if you have enough its nothing more then a stupid damage modifier that does waay to much. adc benefit the most from this with the addition of life steal` and armor pen as it currently exists nothing will survive a 6 item decently played marksman. i had an adc game not to long ago were botlane (me) got utterly wrecked, at some point i was like 2/6/2 and the other adc was 6/2/6 they also happened to have a massively fed nasus who was impossible to deal with. once i got my 6 items though the tables turned around way to fast the game ended with me having a score of 17/12/10 and we won. this could virtually never happen on any other role.
2 why make towers godlike? no one likes weak towers makes the game waaaay to snowball for either side either you utterly destroy or you get utterly destroyed i haven't had a close game in ages now and tbh its really bad for the game. people want a real battle when they enter a game not a complete psycho slaughterfest (well psycho's probably enjoy this but idk if you trully want that)
3 with the removal of crit items adc will fall of the super high horse they currently are and they won't be able to do what they they do late game but the problem with adc is that currently they are building a stat that is useless on towers and inhibitors namely crit. so instead you give them items that would be build mainly by adc giving them a clear role instead of the overbearing BS they currently can be.
4 with the addition of items that are specifically meant for tower destruction you would not "need" adc like you currently do
currently they are: late game dps gods best possible way to deal with objective's most valuable member in a teamfight get a god damn baby sitter because of the overbearing value they add to the team
no other role does this support you are someone's bitch mage you are meant to burst jungler you are meant to assist in objective controll (aka a glorified support) toplane frontliner
do you see how skewed the game actually is?
