Irelia Passive Buff Idea - CC Increases Tenacity

Irelia's passive only ramps when there are a greater number of enemy champions. What if her passive also ramped up after she used CC? For example, if she gets a stun on someone, her tenacity ramps up for 5 seconds. If she uses the Randuins or BORTK actives, she gets extra tenacity. What would it be like if you bought Frozen Mallet and constantly applied AA's?

Seems like it would be a good way to use strategy to combo CC and her passive.
