Bring Teambuilder Back.......

Riot, please put teambuilder back in the game. Teambuilder was where people went to practice specific champs, and now its gone. What's happening to everyone is basically this:

1. Decide you want to practice fiora top
2. queue up for top/jg, bc jungle is your secondary role
3. queue pops and you get jungle, proceed to sit through a 40 minute game you didnt want to play
4. repeat step 3 multiple times
5. finally get top, fiora is banned
6. repeat steps 1-5 some people dont have the time to play 10 games a day just to get their primary role once
