Fresh 30s playing ranked vs last sessions silver 2 to gold 4

I have had this happen a lot in S 6. I run into brand new never placed last session having 170-250 wins in normal's being placed on teams both mine and theirs. It is honestly like making a new account and playing people are are so new they just can not win. If i happen to face one it is a free farm lane and if i have one on my team it is like a huge handicap. This last game i had 3 people who had never ranked before probably qued up as 3 together im guessing .

It placed us vs current silvers and 2 bronze 1's who were gold 4 silver 2 silver 2 silver 2 gold silver 4 (who admitted to begin a gold 1 smurf)

Im dono we had no chance of winning at all, ill get the points back eventually but it is pretty unbalanced , so many gold skilled players at silver that puting new players anyplace near it is just going ot make someone lose elo for nothing and someone get elo for free. Can see that but at least start fresh 30's in bronze with players they may be able to win vs.
