I like the new HUD except for personal champ stats (The C button) and minimap tint.

Playing Red side is WAY easier now, I don't have to move my camera as much to angle my champ portrait so I can see my enemy, that alone is fantastic.

I'm fully expecting to get downvoted but don't care, I want Riot to see another person who thinks it works. Took me a whole 2 games to adjust to looking down instead of left for my items and bottom right for overall game stats (CS, Game Time, Team Kills, etc). I don't care about the names of my allies, I identify them by their champ anyways, so the Tab changes are perfect~

My only big complaint is I wish pressing C to check your champ's current stats still popped up the box, I think the small (Admittedly, small for me because I make my HUD as small as possible at 0) text can be annoying. I don't want to increase the size just so I don't have to second-glance my stats. I think the pop-up box wasn't a huge deal since you could bring it up and dismiss it extremely quickly if something happened and I wish you'd bring it back. I mean, no one in their right mind pulled it up in the middle of a fight, let alone left it up during a fight lol

A smaller complaint would be that the minimap's tint is weird, but not major enough that I will say it's more important than the personal stats.

Other than those 2 things, I think it's fine~
