Tristana weak?

Hallo,

Am I the only one who thinks that Tristana is very weak right now? She has with Corki the lowest winrate of all Ad carries (46,7%, lolking). A short time it was like she came back with Rageblade, but now its not viable anymore and she got really weak again.

Since the Marksman she is kinda never played and doesnt fulfill the role of THE tower destroyer AD Carry anymore because of removing the Q,E cooldown reduction. Is anything planned with her? She was my main in season 5 but since then i never played her because she is really weak.

PS: Also she has the biggest weapon in the game as ADC and the same base ad as Ashe? How? :P
